Basically, the god of destruction lured Seth into her trap, by making him go to Horus, and then she possessed Horus and made him hurt Seth in order to get back at Seth because he had previously cut off her arm. She did this by giving Seth the idea of visiting Horus in the middle of the night to *rape* him in order to break his spirit, so that Horus would be emotionally broken and unable to continue with their matches. That's why Seth acted like he was flirting with Horus, he was going to rape him, but the god of destruction turned the tables on Seth because her suggestion was just a trap to get payback for her severed arm.
