This is just my opinion, so don't hate me for it.
I had high expectations, but somehow I have a feeling of disappointment.
I liked all characters and thought they were well developed and the story is interesting in itself.
However, I think it would have been better not to focus so much on Haruka as a child and more as a teenager and a grown up. Sensei tried to give us this pure, innocent kind of love and I liked that but it also bored me sometimes. It would have been interesting to see how their relationship began to change as Haruka becomes a woman.
Let's face it: a teenage girl and a grown up man who pretty much live together and love each other, and nothing happens?
Still, I enjoyed it and I think it was really cute, I just wished it had a more mature tone near the end.
Oh! And I would love to read a sequel of Oogaki and his wife!
I'm a bit mad because I think this had the potential to become one of greatest yaoi manga out there, but instead it just turned into a complete mess.
The story itself is something new, the characters are interesting, the art is beautifully drawn. The dramatic scenes were on point, but those "funny" extras are just unnecessary, in my opinion.
I wanted to know more of the doctor and the major general. I wanted to understand them better. And I was expecting to see even a bit of remorse from the major general.
Still, the premise was good...
It's been awhile since I saw such beautiful art. The characters were gorgeous!
Although the plot isn't anything new, somehow it's very fresh and cute.
I liked the fact that the seme from a very early stage didn't want to hurt the uke, was kind and aware that the uke was special for him.
It was a lovely read!
Wow! Just wow!
My first time reading omegaverse and I can honestly say it was beyond my expectations.
Both couples were great, but Yuuto and Ichirou will always have a special place in my heart. I could feel their pain, their love... Their story is so beautiful and sad at the same time.
The way Yuuto always showed respect, affection and understanding towards Ichirou is just so heartwarming.
I wish there was more :'(
This started out really good. The seme was cool, the uke was interesting.
I fell in love by the time I realized Yorozu was starting to change because of Togame.
There was affection between them, I mean those hugs can melt your heart.
And then a single, stupid misunderstanding was able to mess things up.
And that's when I got really mad! Togame didn't do anything to clear the misunderstanding with Yorozu. He just pushed him away. And even after finding out what Yorozu was going through he didn't reach out to him. Instead, he comforted his brother! I mean, the person you love is going through a living Hell to the point of being willingly to take part in a AV movie and you leave him alone?! What the fuck dude?
Although it was a nice read and it's really cute, I just couldn't see love from Togame's side and he pissed me of a bit...
I feel the same. I know he grew up from such a tragedy and has livee a life wherein he seems to have accepted that people will leave someday so I can understand why he was trying to be passive about Shirasaki's circumstances but I wanted to see him at least growing a spine and fighting for Shirasaki. If there happens to be a sequel, that would be a nice thing to cover there.
Still it was a great read. The emotions are nicely executed, the story is cohesive and the art is good.
Thank you! My feelings exactly!
Even though they end up together, I couldn't feel, even at the very end, that he truly loved Shirasaki. I mean, he was a grown up man but Shirasaki was the one who had to fight over their relationship. A sequel would have been so nice...
But I agree with you. Overall, it was a cute and lovely read :)
you're welcome!
