Honestly I have no idea why I am still here at this point.. the chemistry between the two is horrible. Dan is just dense and causes way too many problems.. I am not even mad at Joo at this point for being an asshole. I stopped rooting for Dan due to his incompetence and there is no appeal towards the lead anymore.

Joo has been so clear to Dan with his intentions albeit cruel- he's not the problem here.
ITS DAN!! literally he should have told him team that there is someone poaching others from the gym.. immediately. He is careless with his work and didn't notice his own stuff being switched. Time and time again Joo has to pay for Dan's mistakes. He is literally the breadwinner here with actual injuries.. I just feel like the plot has been dragged on way too long... the explicit scenes just feel so lifeless and dull.

I am really hoping this does not continue- since this was one of the RARE titles in which the quality and translations were top tier!! This was supposed to be a defining chapter- but the translations were off.. I am hoping for the best on the upcoming chapters. Please..

got up to around 19 chapters- and I had no idea what was going on with this supposed ML.. not sure if this story will progress but will have to move on since the translations are confusing for me.

Really enjoying the story so far- consistent stunning illustrations and the translations are great!! The FL is likeable and the progress is very exciting. An actual capable FL that does what she intends to do to get revenge properly.

I am a bit confused with what the astrologer said: she cant get more revenge than intended? So does that mean her revengeful actions have to equal the amount of suffering she had in her previous life? She can't harm more- but she should help instead?

What would be the point of this rule in place? And why are the effects so severe to take a life in speaking about it?

1) I didnt really sense any chemistry or romance between the Main couple. The drawings are beautiful- but the plot if very thin. the new emperor magically frees all the spinels with barely any opposition and the country is fine... ok and no retribution for any of the deaths caused by the royals. Also the new emperor literally frees them with the sole intention of making the main guy happy and then moves on quietly.. lol ok

2) The side couple with the cheating and abusive husband... their romance felt forced and I feel so bad for the wife. She did NOTHING wrong?? To be with someone that doesn't love you is the loneliest feeling truly. This guy got off scot-free.. kidnapping the main guy and choking his spinel lol And he still gets to enjoy his life freely..

3) The new emporer/prince and the spinel's romance seem more interesting than the main couple. but it feels like they just rebounded with each other tbh. Both lost their first loves and I guess they were attracted to each other somehow..

Overall tho, I just dont feel any emotion or depth with any of the characters. The plot is flat and not exciting- but the drawings are nice to look at. I wouldn't rate this so high- it feels like a forgettable story that someone only reads once. I am glad it was short tho- but I am tired of these comments/rating raving about a mediocre story.

To be clear I am not hating- I just want to discuss how the lack of depth in this plot seems to be ignored and praised.

I sense no chemistry with any of the MLs and they seem like cliche tropes.
There doesn't seem to be a real plot yet or any scenes that impacted me in anyway. Overall- this seems kind of fun- but not memorable at all.
Seriously there is no plausible reason for any of the ex husband or the knight's actions at all. They just mysteriously seem to want to dote on her with no emotions or reason.

not sure what is happening in the recent chapter in regards to the trial- so the father is trying to show his authority in backing up the empress? but what is the purpose? I just want to the plot to remove this drawn out political game- since the translations are not clear at all with what's going on.

On another note- Does anyone know when the emperor realizes that the empress loved him when they were younger? there doesn't seem to be any kind of retribution of divorcing the empress before.. just an explanation as to why he did it and NO proper actions in making it up to her.

For anyone that read the novel- does Kilian ever find out about the abuse that Allen did to Daisy? Since he already took care of him... I wonder if he finds out about her past life or is this considered taken care of plot wise?

the translations got pretty rough and i completely lost the plot lol.. i liked the premise of the story but it just went downhill since i cant understand whats going on :(
also the FL.. shes supposed to be an expert with these novels but her logic and actions aren't substantial or interesting. hoping it gets better in the later chapters.. but for now ill put this on hold.

is there any revenge.. its been 20 plus chapters of just the ML discovering more pain and abuse that that the FL went through... from the father to the maids to the twisted tailors.. like is there any revenge on them??
literally it pisses me off!! just got angrier reading each chapter..
