Consensual Rough sex was shown here, Our MC should have known what he was getting himself into (I mean you guys DID read the previous chapters right?) Maybe they had a safe word?
Also, read our MC's thought bubbles, though he didn't say it, he still wanted it, and it wasn't about him not wanting sex, but more of his body somewhat giving out during it.
And we should know that the guy would never try to harm our MC in such a way since romantic feelings are building up for the both of them
But I also will not ignore it, if someone wants it to stop, you should stop.
But because of this, it's really hard to tell, like would it still be rape in the second half when he talks about the cool/warm bodies or just the first half when he's telling him to stop as his body can't handle it?
(But in this case, if he were to stop, our MC would bounce right on top of him like my god)

The second couple I really don't know what to say? Though really similar to our MC, protesting for them to stop, I think Minhyuk knew that the other party didn't want it as he was going off with emotions, in an unsecluded area outside, so he stopped himself before it got bad (I mean good for him!!)

I suggest you read the chapters when the seme suggests he would punish him up to now. All what you said are reliable to the real world and somewhat this but this still isn’t rape. What you said just now was like when both people consent to each other and had a pill of xanax and the person said no because he was tired but the top person wanted to continue. That’s just it no rape in it. Rape is traumatizing. In this the uke wasn’t, he saud “no”=yes. He even said it in the previous chapter “are these words really what i’m saying” as well as “you know what I want right” to the seme. imo one cannot simply point out when does the uke mean what he says and when to dismiss his words. You can't deny that Taesung was asked to stop multiple times and did not comply. I don't think someone else apart from Soo-young himself have the right to add further meaning to the word "stop" or interpret it as one wishes. In addition I think it's wrong to judge whether the uke did wish for Taesung to continue his embrace based on body reaction alone. I'm not an expert but I'm quite certain it's possible for your body to react to rape, so not enough a good reason to continue in the act. Soo-young is clearly in a confused and distressed state of mind and he need rest.
If you read the raws the uke didn’t want the seme to stop. Taesung didn’t stop because in the beginning the uke said “you know what i want right?” Which is to not stop until the punishment is completed. The uke did wish for it as he said “are the words no, stop the words i really mean?” Meaning he’s just confused because before he was afraid of it but now he wants it. I suggest you drop ot if you’re uncomfortable

I try to relate it to real-world as this is a real-world issue we are trying to figure out, I also really don't want people throwing away the whole 'this is rape' every time a situation like this occurs in a comic (I don't know if that makes sense to you?? English isn't my best when dealing with grammar and putting words together.)
SO I try to mix it both in with real-world and the situation in the comic cause both are different on how things may be perceived (.. I guess)

It might not be rape, but in that example you put out, if one party wants to stop, they should stop, that's that. It doesn't matter how far both of them have gone, the other party should stop in consideration for the first. It can also be traumatizing in itself if one is tired/in pain and the other JUST WON'T STOP, that's pretty scary.
