Seriously, do you think the uploader is just doing stupid shit when they put placeholders? Mangago’s bots will always scour the internet for the latest chapter, which often includes badly spliced, machine TL. The uploader is doing us all a favor, so stop acting like hot shit and threatening the uploader as if you can do something.
I was reading this regularly and then took a break from reading when the hiatus happened after dongho and jaehwan fought, now I finally caught up on this update after months of not reading to see that they just now made up. I can’t imagine having to read it week after week for months of conflict. Wow. The pacing sure is something.

He is described as tall and lanky yet well built in the LN. Stands around 6.5 feet. So he is tall. No idea how tall he is as an adult or if that is his adult size.

yeah, most often than not, manhua adapted from LN change the characters quite a bit. Nie Lie from TDG is the only one that has stayed true to form.
I feel like mangago messed up with making chapters easier to upload now. All the chapters for some of my favorite stories that had stable uploaders are now cut up or with really bad translations.
right??? but like people should leave mh/mg alone if they already have stable uploaders. esp when there's no communication involved, its just rude. a translator i know have to come and clean up/restranslate/add so many panels bc somebody just decided to add chapters as they like. its frustrating for her, esp when shes already consistent with her uploads(once a week) and its confusing for the readers too.
I debated going and reading the novel, but I think this one only interests me so much because of the art and I probably won’t be able to enjoy the novel as much. I can’t even remember the names of his techniques nor the people
I'm debating whether or not to read the novel as well but like you said, I also seem to be interested in this work because of the art xD the story is cohesive enough tho that readers dont feel wtf with the plot (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
The novel is worth reading, gets a little bogged down but it currently stands at around 1190 chapters. It is completed at around 1400 chapters. Not huge when it comes to Wuxia..

This is free on WEBTOON, I highly highly recommend you read the last chapter on there. The song that was composed for sweet home really makes that chapter feel like a conclusion. There’s a reason there was no dialogue, and you just need to go read it in the app.

The very last episode which I’m referring to here doesn’t have a paywall. The comic itself doesn’t either, it’s just one chapter a day unless you want to speed read it.
