It doesn't exist. The idea of Sukuna having a soft side is only an image some fans like to give him for fanarts and the like. Talking strictly about the manga Sukuna is the embodiment of evil, that has shown many times that he doesn't care about Yuuji and he has no problem letting him die if Yuuji doesn't serve his purposes.
