The reason why taesung didn't say who is the mole is because he didn't trust anybody and was testing others. Mole is a spy planted on the group. Minhyuk is the spy for the leader women in other group (i forgot her name). If taesung said minhyuk name, the other mole might hide so he will keep it and looking for more (allies of mole)
