Confusing

This manga honestly confused the fuck out of me. I don't think I am going to continue reading it but like can anyone explain? Maybe I'm just being big dumb.

Which part are you confused?
So the black hair younger brother is an alpha and paired with the guy called Miho, and his older brother with the blonde hair is a recessive omega, that's why people assumed that he's an alpha.

I just can't believe this is the end and it left us at such a cliffhanger. I hope that somehow and someway the author continues this series or makes a spin off.
