I agree with captain Ran, why bother frying it if you pour sauce and make it all soggy????
You should dip and not pour, enjoy the crisp taste and feeling of that fried layer. Don’t waste that beautiful crunchiness!!!
Feel the heavenly crunch as your teeth sink into into that scrumptious skin. It’ll be ruined if you insist on pouring!!! The sauce also doesn’t spread evenly. And you’ll end up with dry pieces and overly soggy wet pieces.
The beautiful part of it is that you can choose the amount of sauce to coat it with!!! Why give up that amazing choice, to opt for uneven layers???

CH 45
So I actually skipped all the raw chapters from CH 39 up to CH 45 and I really skimmed 45. Didn’t bother reading much of it, due to fear of dying from 2nd hand embarrassment.
For some reason Hottie Eyebrows and Yi Young are stuck at a bus stop in what looks like a rural area. There is a beautiful sunset happening and President Kang says something along the lines of “don’t miss this moment or you’ll regret it”. Of course, our little cutie Yi Young immediately kisses President Kang. President Kang then (gently) pushes Yi Young off and shows him his phone. He was talking about taking pictures of the sunset.
President Kang then repeats what he said about it being a one night stand but then trails off, due to seeing Yi Young’s face. Yi Young looks devastated (while looking freaking adorable). Hottie Eyebrows then says “President Ahn, perhaps... by any chance, do you like me?“ At this point, Yi Young is shaking like a leaf on a windy day and (I think) he’s thinking something along the lines of “I’m going to be thrown away”.
Hottie Eyebrows steps forward and says “President Ahn, I...” He gets cut off by a loud motorcycle driving by and screeching to a halt with two people riding on it and arguing. Hottie Eyebrows goes to investigate and the driver turns out to be Secretary Cha, who is shocked to see President Kang. She asks why he’s there, and he turns toward Yi Young while explaining, then trails off. Because our cutie is booking ass to the bus which pulled up to the bus stop they were waiting at.
Our cutie gets onto the bus right before it drives off and sits on a seat while mumbling to himself about being embarrassed then he starts crying (our poor baby).
Meanwhile, Hottie Eyebrows watches the bus drive away, has a flashback to Yi Young’s flushing embarrassed face after kissing him, then sighs and puts his head in his hands. “President Ahn... towards me... is it true (about your feelings).“
END OF CH 45. Very rough translations, people. It’s really late here. Anyways, look forward to more heartbreak with your blond cutie.

For those who are amazed by this seemingly 180 degree turn.
Director Kang isn’t actually an ass. Sure, he acted like a total jerk. But he was having a bad day (which doesn’t really excuse him) and his impression of our little sunshine uke wasn’t about his adorable, hard-working personality.
Director Kang dislikes people who try underhanded things, as we’ve been told by multiple people in this story and shown with the tea scene.
He admitted later that he didn’t act correctly that night. And although his thoughts about Yiyoung still remain the same (remember, his first and only impression about Yiyoung wasn't great), he’s not acting like a jerk to him. Which means, he’ll be fair and professional even if he doesn’t have the greatest impression about someone.
And he’s a total daddy. It’s gonna be so hot watching him sack that lazy dirtbag.
But think about the era. Women can’t be rulers, and are seen as a weakness, which is most likely why he threw his daughter away. If his son is gay, he won’t be able to have an heir, which weakens his hold on the throne. And the struggle for the throne is seriously messed up, you won’t be able to get out of that without killing innocents.
All in all, he’s a shitty, homophobic, sexist, homicidal dude. But for his era, that’s pretty normal. Not to say that the public wouldn’t be shocked if the truth got out. But pretty much all the nobles did stuff like that.
Was it really his daughter tho? He said "the baby my wife gave birth to" he didn't say "daughter"
