He most likely has trauma from either his sister or mother drowning. That's why he reacted the way he did with Hani floating on her back like that.
And for people who are telling Hani to do her job, she has been and is doing her job. Hani is being a bit unprofessional with the way she threatened to kill her employer who she is supposed to be protecting. I will say she was provoked, see my comment about Ashan choking her out below.
But she still protected (or tried to protect) him when he got sniped. Unfortunately, it ended up looking like she tried to save Asuka instead (who seems like a sneaky-ass yandere bastard, no offense).
Ashan has issues and takes it out on practically everyone around him. A contract goes two ways, Hani has to fulfill what her contract entails, but the employer also has to respect his employees. Things like breaking her phone, forcing her to swim by childishly threatening to damage his own health is not proper behaviour, and not to mention manhandling the back of her neck and forcing her underwater. The only reason he's getting away with this is because of his character settings - violent, ill-tempered, overpowered prince male lead.
In case anyone is interested in the novel
https://www.novelupdates.com/series/to-help-you-understand/ only a few chapters are translated

This is the raws for the novel. Kakao allows a free chapter per day, you can try MTLing if you don't understand Korean.
Novelupdates also has a spoiler thread on the novel. Spoilers tend to ruin manhwa (not novels) for me, so I haven't looked at it. You can search it up easily using "당신의 이해를 돕기 위하여 novelupdates."
EDIT:
I'm editing my comment because it seems a misunderstanding has happened, and I can't seem to reply to the user who brought it up (jjh).
Yes, I'm aware that this is not a re-uploaded chapter. I was not speaking about the latest updated chapter.
I was speaking to those who were sharing the link in the comment section. And the reupload I was referring to was the previous mass upload, which was taken down.
I never meant that chapter 6 was a stolen translation, and I don't think I ever alluded to that either.
As it is, I still stand by my request about not sharing the link publicly.
ORIGINAL COMMENT:
The translator asked that no one reupload their work and to avoid sharing the link.
For those who are sharing the link publicly, please avoid doing that. Everyone is capable of using the search function so they can look it up or if they really can't find it, they can ask in DMs. Sharing the link only in DMs can give a little more privacy.
The more publicly the link is shared, the more likely it is that someone will upload it on mangago, one of the other sites, or even on social media. This can cause the translator to stop translating or even be forced to stop by the author/publisher.
This is what the translator stated on their blog.
*please don't share my blog link outside of this blog. Some people don't have the same intention like us to read the manhwa or manhua.. so to avoid unnecessary stress and uninvited people, please keep the link to yourself.*
Stop copy pasting the link publicly here. Let readers know there is a blog that has a lot of chapters translated, but don't volunteer the link. Readers can look it up, or they can ask privately in DMs.
It's just a bit more effort, please be considerate.
