Yeah, I dint get it as well. But I think people don’t like it when there’s insecurities, mixed feelings, uncertainty and such. If the people involved really want it and think it’s okay, people are also okay. But when there’s other shit happening in the background people don’t like it cause just brings more problems for the protagonists. Which is understandable.

I think people let their possessiveness/jealousy show even with fictional stuff, to me that's the main reason I guess, but with this webtoon people dislike the other character.
I guess a lot of fujoshis here are more like the romantic type, so they often prefer
monogamy. A lot of people also don't enjoy love triangles, because of the drama and all, sometimes characters cheat on the other and that's a sensitive subject for some viewers. But that's just a guess based on years of reading comment sections of yaoi mangas (≧∀≦) I noticed that the majority of readers enjoy more a relationship that develops exclusively, slowly and privately between two characters than one that involves a third person while the two main ones develop feelings for each other because they get the feeling that the third character is a nuisance to the romance's development.
