2 ...because the dad and manipulative maid in cahoots led him to believe that the concubine betrayed her. Perhaps lying to him that it was her who wanted to have him killed after receiving his precious rings. That he is in no position to be in love with her, something to that effect.
3 Resolving this misunderstanding will put an end to his motivations. Who can do it? The main couple who will hopefully grow feelings for each other as they try to solve this.
Is he the guy who appears with the blonde cray cray when she throws stuff in her room? The guy who gave her the red stone to enchant Caramel's knight? Wouldn't he be older in this case?
Maybe I’m just projecting my own regrets in life but I really want her to have a future with Jaehyun! They seem cute together and I think with her he won’t be so lonely anymore. Maybe he won’t meet such an abrupt end anymore. But also Aran needs to get rid of that gold digger in her life and learn to stand up for herself.

She’s feisty and candid. It’s also so on character how she’s not intimidated by nobility and whatnot because she’s a reincarnator from a world without it. Also a perfect fit for all the comedy. I’m thisclose to spending on tappy toons haha
