Wasn't a huge fan when it first started out, and the names always confused me, but as I got deeper and deeper into it I found myself infatuated with these dorky boys! So cute and wholesome! I love it! I did feel like the plot developed a little slowly, but... All the more worth it when they got together!
I couldn't stop thinking about this manga for days after I binged it all in one go. The plot is so thoroughly thought out and complex but still easy to understand and follow since the mangaka eases you into it. And the characters had actual personalities! A lot of people complained about the ending with the principle, but I actually really liked it! Though I (and the rest of the fans, if the comments are anything to go by) really would've loved to see more of Angel!!! The protagonist, though, is so it! And I felt like the main couple's relationship was pretty equal, where I usually feel like the seme's on a whole different level than the uke. I loved that! Really deep read, good if you want to really immerse yourself in a story.
Love it! Love it so much! BAMF ukes are once in a blue moon, and I thoroughly enjoyed Hakdo's unique personality! The two really felt like real, dynamic characters to me, and I love them so much! Their relationship is sooo cute! And the character development felt so natural, too... Thank you for this blessing, mangaka!
I'm a little confused by the whole thing... The first relationship was cute, though I felt it developed a little strangely and turned into something worse than when it started? Like it went from wholesome to low key toxic? But I still love them. And the second comic really had me wiggin. I felt like it started off really good and interesting but then just got kinda wack toward the end. I loved Raphael, though (unpopular opinion)! Way better than Gabriel. I was so ready for second lead syndrome, but was pleasantly surprised by the end.
A rough start, but so worth reading all the way through! All the extra chapters with the cute little day to day story snippets were my absolute favorite! I also like that the mangaka actually acknowledged that the seme did wrong at the start of their relationship, because so many mangas make it out to be like "he said no but he really wanted it. He could've resisted" and like brush it under the rug, but he admitted to his mistakes and then actually didn't repeat them (again, like so many other mangas do). I see so many comments about how the rape scenes were worse in this manga and that's why they didn't like it, but I actually really appreciate it that the mangaka didn't try to glorify it like every other manga. The other ones make the uke half hearted so it isn't as bad. I love the later relationships, when they're all developed! Not a big fan of Hye-Sung, but Jinhan and Kiseon are so cute! And so is Minjae <3.
Okay, I'll admit, I've never really been one for "fate" and "destiny" and all that other bullshit for many reasons, but this manga got me. I feel like fate is often used firstly as an excuse/plot device, where if it's revealed two people are fated to be together, they'll only be together because of that, and I'm huge on, like, you make your own future kind of thinking (like, even if fate is real, that doesn't mean you can use it as an excuse for your failures?). But the fact that they fell for each other on their own first made them being fated in the end actually sweet and beautiful and made me feel so full and happy. And they were realistic, I felt like. Their dynamic is just so cute, too! Ah! Truly such a good read, beginning to end!
This is actually one of the cutest BLs I've read! The art style is so adorable, and the plot works perfectly for a fun, happy read! Cute characters and fluffy interactions - I can't find anything bad to say about this manga. Love it!
