I enjoy this story, but the prince is starting to get on my nerves. Like, there is a SERIAL KILLER running around, killing your people, but you're gonna be a dick and not help a police officer because... he hurt your feelings?
Yeah, he blew you off for dinner because he was investigating a potential SERIAL KILLER, so you're just gonna pack up your toys and go home? And sitting at the table with dinner laid out until he comes to you isn't creepy at all. Aren't you a prince? Don't you got shit to do? Like helping the police find a motherf*cking SERIAL KILLER?!?!?!
So, in the first chapter, Keith talks about the mysterious omega who marked him using male pronouns [he/him]. But in subsequent chapters, he says that he never sleeps with men (until our dear Yeonwoo). Could this be a clue that he actually does remember something and is just pretending he doesn't? Or is it a case of the translator using the wrong words?
Thoughts?
[P.S. - This is in NO WAY an attack on the translators, without whom I wouldn't be able to read this]
So on one hand we have Keith, who wants Yeonwoo, but only on his terms. Which, I guess, is making sure his life runs smoothly as his secretary and warming his bed as his lover and not having any complaints when Keith needs to have sex with other people to reestablish his alpha-ness. This is problematic.
On the other hand, we have Yeonwoo, who has known Keith for years, and has been treated poorly by him numerous times, but still believes he can change him with the power of love. If he just wanted to get away from Keith and start over, that would be one thing, but in the most recent chapter, he says that he wanted Keith to be obsessed with him and to miss him so much he went crazy. This is also problematic.
And I'm just over here with Josh and Dane and the cat, watching the drama.
You sure hit the heart of it.
