Try googling name of the app + apk. I always do this when I want to downgrade certain apps bc of buggy updates, figured it could also work for apps that are blocked for your country in Google Play. Lemme know it it works!

Read my comment again. Trust me, if I didn't like the story, I'd get the hell outta here. Literally the only thing bothering me is that the uke looks like a kid while the seme is clearly a grown-ass adult. I'm trying to look past this since he is supposed to be 21, but it's still bothering me. Actually, it'd be weirder if it didn't. I don't mind cute uke design, but since when does cute = kid? It's a perfectly reasonable criticism for something that isn't labeled as shota.
