PLS don't give me some artsy ending like this! Give me real meat man! I need a fleshed out ending! I need them to explicitly say shit or think them at least like come on WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? SO is that supposed to be Jay in an alternate universe who lost Yohan and realised he wanted to be his reason to live? Is this his message to Yohan? " I am your reason?" and the stuff about "I own you, you are mine." like trying to make Yohan feel like he cannot ever leave or die on Jay? ARHGHHEHHEQF

    I think it’s just as simple and straightforward as it is shown.

    Jay wanted to get closer to Yohan and become his reason to live. Cuz he liked him a lot but noticed he was suicidal. And when after everything Yohan still refused to call and was trying to just let himself die, Jay decided to be more proactive/ noticed his desire to become his reason to keep living, told the lady to edit that last scene into the script, and decided to have Yohan live with him saying he “owns” him. So Yohan can’t think of ending his life cuz it basically belongs to Jay now.
