I think it’s a mark where Kouchi can get pregnant. I’ve seen this on some manga, so I’m guessing it’s like that too.

Can't help but feel bad for Chowon, he really just wantes to be loved by the wrong person, i personally think that Dojun was kind of an asshole for marrying without love. I also know that Chowon did some pretty bad stuff and is not on the right track. I hope he can find at leat peace of mind. Sorry for the long comment but i had to take this out of my chest.

I'm pretty sure that this "fast paced" or going by of the days the chapter har can only mean that Dojin is leaving leaving. That panel with Taeju clutching the watch screams "I know he's leaving me and he won't come back" AND MY HEART CAN'T TAKE IT
