What do you need enema for? Like isn't it just for cleasing the rectum? Or is there some lube enemas people can take? Taka does use a good amout of lube tho so I don't really see why they would need an enema for other than cleansing (which is not necessary safety wise).

Enema for cleaning the intestines. If you're inserting that long stuff in your rectum and it's not cleaned then those dirty stuff might block it or something

The enemas I've seen have been like 2-4dl and I don't think that's enough to reach further than rectum and the largest ones I've heard of are around 2 liters which will go deeper but still probably won't wash out your whole large intestine. (I'm just a kinkster tho not a pro nor a doctor)

But the long one is guite thin so it doesn't need the same preparation that thick ones or an whole ass fist needs. And what does that has to do with needing or not needing an enema?

Not a doctor but I've had enema used on me before a surgery and that's what my doctor told me.

Enema don't have to reach far up to clean your colon. It acts like a stimulant kind of thing when put directly in the rectum that would help your colon release all it's contents. So yeah, basically it'll make you poop even if you don't want to. So if done properly it will clean up the colon

People use enemas before sex usually for cleaner experience and if you do it without condom you should do everything to avoid poo getting onto your mucous membranes which the tip has. So it's less for the safety of the bottom its more for the safety of the top.
For the long one to make poop condence into a block, there would have to be a lot of poo inside your colon already so you'd probably be already more or less constipated, and in that case yes enema or laxatives would be a good thing to do regardless of whether or not you are gonna jam an anaconda inside afterwards :D (I'm not a doctor either tho so I'm just talking based on my own knowledge and research)
