It's easy to forget because the artist goes back and forth on drawing him with a baby bump. From panel to panel it changes. Sometimes he has a flat stomach and sometimes he has a big old baby bump.

I think what you mean to say is "morally virtuous" characters. Because usually in toxic BL the only people who are truly disliked are the ones ruining the main relationship, or an uncharismatic rival.
