i could see her getting mad at ein bc he totally played her with that innocent face but she already knew what cassius does and did at the beginning of the book so if she gets mad at cassius u got married to a ruthless villain???
She’s honestly very stupid and naive but I’m just gonna ignore that and enjoy the story-
Well in Ein's case she thought that EIN won't fall into the path of villainness so she believes in his innocence and in terms of the Duke she thought that the Duke also change when he had a change of heart.
For me her thinking that the two person in front of her change to be a good person is not being naive specially if those two are working together to mask their true nature.
