All I remember was it's about a man dating (or not, I don't really remember) a "girl". Then "she" was drunk and the man try to take advantage of "her", but when he strips "her" turns out that "girl" is a man.

My younger sister really love Tokyo Ghoul and other anime that have blood, blood, and more blood. And I just can't stand it because whenever I see it, I feel like throwing up. And I have no choice but to watch it or she will get mad at me -_-
It's weird because I am a medical student, and often seeing some corpses. But it feels natural like meeting someone for me. I don't know but I feel weird because, whenever I see it in the anime it make me feel like throwing up though I've seen the real things countless time and it doesn't bother me....

Once you've been soaked with another persons blood it's rather unlikely that you find the pictures reminding you of that moment "entertaining". I can deal with it, for I'm telling myself it's "fiction", but I really don't enjoy it, so for those type of stories I'm sticking to manga (black, white and shades got it's advantages - though I'm rather bothered by "smell" then by "colour")
i don't enjoy gore either. i only liked tokyo ghoul because of the story. whenever there's blood and gore, i kinda didn't give them much attention, like, just a glance and then onto the next panel. not that i'm squemish, just i can't take enjoyment from such things. it's not in my nature, i guess.
LOL. I'm a dental student and I cringe watching Tokyo Ghoul too. I love the anime though. My sister who is a medical student is like you. She was horrified but she has no problem on the real thing. You're not the only one! (●'◡'●)ﾉ
l only watch this anime cause there is a badass heroine KANEKI-KUN so hot so handsome and more badass

Kaneki is indeed an incredibly attractivr character and his badass style just add on to it! That's why i can't help but to watch the anime over and over again just to see him. LOL~
