I really love the 3 main characters. Seeing them happy is my only wish so please make that happen

Can’t they have therapy for Christmas/their birthday ? No need anything fancy, it would be the best gift at this point :( I love them but they are seriously full of scars, they truly need help to finally feel safe and complete without having to hurt anyone, or without having to throw themselves into that kind of desperate love. The way they love looks so painful
Happily ever after doesn't make for a long (side) story does it? From the creator's perspective, drama and turmoil make for more juicy (albeit frustrating) plot, while pure fluff doesn't fit well with the rest of the story (unless they started raising cute kids or cute pets).
Yeah I know... and I agree with the author. A story full of hardships with hurt characters is way more interesting. But it’s so painful to see the characters suffer that much :’( I love and hate this story... As a you can see I have really conflicting feelings
That's totally understandable. However, this story is so full of angst, and there's no one around them to even suggest to them the idea of counseling, so that development is unlikely. What is more likely is a timeskip showing that after X years, they've finally matured and are now more comfortable with themselves and with each other. But even that is not very likely, and it would conclude the story right there, since there would be no conflict left for them to resolve.
