1. Yes, he loves Empress Navier. He never explicitly stated at first because he believed Navier was always going to be next to him. The problem is that he is arrogant and something that is mention in the novel is that Navier is much more popular monarch than him. Because of this, his arrogance grew more. He thought Navier was infertile so he took a decision without asking her. Besides that he wanted to make her jealous. In the end he had an inferiority complex (this is not explicitly said but I have read the novel and its pretty much obvious). In the future, Navier is going to be in the western empire with Henley and soldiers of the eastern empire and nobles go all the way to the western empire to declare loyalty to Navier (powerful goddess)
2. The whole divorce fiasco is in Ch. 81
3. No he didnt. He never did. He liked to have Rashta near him cause she was naive and innocent. She devoted herself to him and did anything he wanted; while Navier was strong and independent since day 1. She devoted herself as an empress and wife but she was mature and much better ruler than him. Also Trashta, she acted like a child who knew nothing and that was convenient for him. He needed a heir cause he believed Navier was infertile so this is going to be said in this coming chapters maybe in 10 more? idk. But Sovieshit is going to find out Navier knew about the divorce beforehand (he didnt knew she heard his conversation) so he explain the plan which was 1. marry trashta for 1 year so "his" child wouldn't be illegitimate 2. Divorce trashta 3. remarry navier and both of them would raise the child (yikes). So again, no he didnt love Trashta he just used her but Trashta used him too. Later on Sovieshit will ask for forgiveness to Navier and tell her that his biggest mistake was his arrogance but yeah.
4. Ok I said before that trashta was using him too right. Well trashta is a slave so at first she just wanted a comfy place but greed is a bitch and she became greedy for stuff she couldn't handle. Basically trashta wanted to become a celebrity; she wants money, fame and the seat of the empress but what she wants the most is to be superior. Trashta also develops an inferiority complex with Navier, she wants to be better than her but she fails in everything. She never ruled, in fact everytime someone says "empress" everyone thinks about Navier. She has no power in the high society, in fact she is judged very badly and in the future there is going to be newspaper reporter who will reveal of the trash she has made so no power in the commoners either. Trashta never became "empress", she was just by name. No one wanted to work for her, she was secluded in a room cause she goes crazy (lol) the duke of the wester empire was using her since day 1 too

As from what I have read, she didn't love trashta but rather just using her as a person to conceive his heir( which didn't happen because rashta was already pregnant before coming to the palace) and was divorcing navier so that rashta's child would be the heir lf the throne. After giving birth of the heir, sovieshit would divorce trashta and proceeds to remarry navier as what he would plan but didn't work because navier decided to marry Heinley.

Navier will get pregnant. The thing is, we dont know if both of them (sovieshit and navier) were infertile. In the western empire (it will become an empire in the future) they have magic and in their share bed is a bed full of mana (magic) so Navier and Henley they do it like everyday Chile haha so it is possible that the bed cure her infertility? or maybe she was never infertile idk. But yeah she gets pregnant with twins and Sovieshit gets to know this and says something like
"If Navier was not infertile... what was the point of the divorce?..Am I the infertile one?"
Navier will find out of her pregnancy when Trashta gives birth.
