Out of many wrong things you said I will clarify only two.
1 - Eren did not send Dina to kill his mother, he only stopped Dina from eating Bert because that would create a different future from the one he knew that could save everyone else. And because Dina was special in her own titan way she did get to reach Grisha's house and then eat Carla. Remember her promise to Grisha, "no matter the shape, form or for how long, I will always find you".
Let's not forget that Carla was doomed the moment the walls were broken. Her legs were crushed, everybody trying to survive or crying until being eaten alive, and with a ton of irrational titans roaming around, her fate was sealed.
2 - The route where Mikasa confessed did happen inside the paths or he saw it as one of the possibilities hence his disappointment when she said "family".
And he spent the last 4 years of his life with Mikasa inside the paths, and we have no confirmation that Eren's power would go to Historia's baby after his death. Don't forget that the titan power unless transferred via cannibalism (being turned into a pure titan and then eat the titan shifter in front of them) the other way would have the power appear in a random subject of Ymir's being born at that specific moment. It doesn't have to be specifically Historia's.
