Josh told him all of that at the end of the main story, because chase cried and want to end his life, he thought josh was leaving him and reunited with Pete's mother
He doesn't realize anything because he has no clue about omegas as he doesn't like sex. He only ever did it with MC. He realized MC was omega when he saw a woman with caesarian scar and remembering that MC also has that scar. Then he asked MC about it. only in the last chapter is where Mc decided he'll marry ML that he wants to introduce their kid and tell him that its their kid shocking ML

Short time after that Chase was kidnapped. When they came to rescue him and fought the kidnappers, the communicater on Josh's ear fell off, he used it aside from a band aid to cover his mark...and Chase noticed the mark ( he wasn't aware that it was his mark^^).
