They aren't similar, but I get what you mean. Imagine putting the manhwa on hold right at the hug scene. And I lack imagination... there are only 2 directions this can take.
1. Jaekyung cries, falls to his knees asks Dan to marry him.
2. Dan asks him to help with the shopping bags.
I think its gone be the latter.
