I need to say something. Don't take it bad. It is not an offense. Considering her shape, the amount of fat surrounding her body should have absorbed a bit of the shock. Therefore, she wouldn't have died of that car accident. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

For one, I am not a big fan of how you talk about "fat people" as all bodies, regardless of size are beautiful. And bodies can be healthy at different weights as some peoples weights are naturally bigger. People are just different sizes.
But anyways, if they were IN the car, maybe, but outside of the car? Lets say the car is going 45 m/h and she gets hit full force? Unluckily she would survive. If she hit her head? No, her chances have decreased exponentially. Let say this person was going 60 when lord knows they shouldnt have been. She wouldve been a goner. Ive been in a car accident and we hydroplaned going less than 20 m/h. No one died but we hit 4 cars and many people were injured. I was also injured as I hit my head. Ive never been the same. And we were going 20 m/h and I was in the car. Being OUTSIDE the car is a whole different story.

Okay fine. I did some research. It said lessen impact of injuries where there is adipose tissue but all this research was done when the person was IN the car. There is not many where they are OUTSIDE the car. Taking into consideration that there are also airbags IN the cars, it may cushion where there is adipose tissue. It also depends on age, health (like if they have an illness or something), and if they are male or female (or otherwise).
But in situations like in isekai, all the ones I have read is where they are OUTSIDE the car so its not certain for sure if the adipose tissue can really save her. It could protect her vital organs, maybe. But usually abundance of adipose tissue is in the abdominal area and her chest. That may not save her spine or her head. Who knows how much impact adipose tissue can handle. That would be the question to solve. I guess for now we can say it depends on how much impact as human bodies are not invincible. If the impact is light, she may be okay, but if the car was going at high speeds, its unlikely she would survive. Also like I said before, if she hit her head in this crash... Well she may or may not survive depending on how quickly they can save her.
Sorry for being "oversensitive". I just hate to see how people treat people with bigger bodies. Thanks for clarifying what you meant about your statements and how it wasn't being harmful to fat people, you were just curious about "fat". Well anyways, the topic of adipose tissue is interesting as I have taken a scalpel to adipose tissue so I've been up close and personal.
Its good to be curious. We don't know for sure unless more research is done, but this would be quite inhumane if it was ever conducted formally lol.

y'know, I find it kind of surprising how no one is pointing out that that is the back of the car? (Porsche has its brand spelled out that way at the back, the lights are red) Did the driver hit MC and then drive around her to argue with her aunt? Why is MC's fully intact body on the tire marks? Is the artist just bad with blood?

..oh, I guess that should have been obvious ( ̄∇ ̄")
I think the author was just looking for a way to roll up tragic past and isekai into a backstory, it looks like a cop-out to me. But then, the comic itself doesn't seem to be much more than fluff, so I guess the author/artist didn't care? They probably just wanted to cut straight to the toddler fluff while somehow justifying that MC needs to be pampered. Also probably to justify why a child raised under those conditions would not be extremely spoiled.
How am I supposed to believe that the man slept outside and NOBODY stole his phone that was laying near him?
Maybe crime rates are INCREDIBLY low in S Ko? ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ lol I have no idea
