I can't remember if she doesnt find out until she gets out of prison.. she's very suddenly gets out of prison but I think it's still a good few chapters away, there's gonna be a long part where she finds a weird monument in the prison in his cell or something.
And she lives with chaser once she gets out, he's suspicious and it doesn take long for him to realise she's not the same sister. He goes a bit yandere after that, she ends up getting imprisoned in the house for a year and he just kills ppl in front of her and stuff to try get her attention. It kinda takes some weird turns.
That's just from the novel though, it's very possible that the manga will be a bit different, there's already been a few small changes from the novel so maybe they will change some of that too!

Personally I don't think they are blood related but it hasn't been said explicitly yet
You can read it on a site named woopread, by the same name as the manga. There 130 chapters out now but to be honest it's very slow to release. I think manga will catch up before next update :(
