But I'm pretty sure those two are the seme's coworker and the guy who gave the card at the beginning.
The man on the bed (president Chu's friend) is telling the other man with the glasses( who is seme's friend) if they can go out( aka "date"acc.to the translator note). If they too can date since the president does it too(dating).
So the man with glasses is shook about it(the president dating) . Since he is a reporter maybe he wants to dig more and asks the other man to tell him in detail about the president thing.

Mikado is an awful person. First interaction with Kyousuke was slashing his face with a knife leaving a very visible scar that affects his life negatively from there on. When they meet years later and Mikado learns that he gave Kyousuke the scar he likes it because it’s like he “marked” the uke!?
And the plot is basically him threatening Kyousuke to be sexual with him because otherwise he’d spread a video he took (without consent) of the Kyousuke masturbating...
Seriously, how does this have a 9.1 rating without any sight of a redemption arc for the seme???
I think there’s gonna be a lot character development with him(▰˘◡˘▰)
The seme is just... awful. I won't rate the manga because the seme could get better later, but right now he just comes across as a petty asshole.
