Some of you needs to STOP mixing your reality mindset with fictional stories and hating on the author, scanlation, and even readers. Many of you that keeps mixing reality with fictional stories like this and bashing out on scanlation for not putting on tags or author for making such a manga. Completely agree with you but their is a thing with the term “fiction” even if it’s fiction it’s not right to romanticize or normalize rape. The story is pretty good and I like the development of the characters but what I don’t really like is that BL characters most of the time are okay with rape. Fiction can affect our mindset, negatively or positively. In this case a lot of minors think that rape is okay and think “if he is hot I don’t care if he rapes me, if he is rich even better” I’ve seen many people say that in social media which shows how a fictional story can affect us really bad. I’m not hating on the author or their work it’s pretty good. But like I said it would have been a really cute story if Nazuka wasn’t raped at the beginning. I as a victim upsets me how minors think it’s okay to to romanticize or normalize rape not because it makes me mad but because it can harm them in real life. Sadly not every human being like in BL characters change and have character development. In real life it would be rare for a rapist to feel any guilt or care about the victim and change. Stories that normalize and romanticizes these terms (Every story in general, it doesn’t matter if it’s a straight couple, gay couple, etc.) make us blind about what reality actually is. No, I do agree with you completely. The message I sent is for people who criticize beyond logical reason and making it into an “issue”. It’s fine to talk about it but turning it into an issue is a different thing. But yes, I do agree that there are minor and it can affect their mindset but honestly what authors and scanlations can do they already did. I’m talking about even after they did so, people still mentioned “rape” as an issue relating to reality and not just about the “story”.
