I’m not kink shaming, but every kink needs to be pre established prior to its introduction, and to have a ML touch a FL without her consent and continue to touch her even when she doesn’t say yes or agrees to it is Sexual Harassment. BUT because FL “likes” it it’s considered Dubious Consent, which means the second party may not have agreed to the act.
THIS IS A VALID KINK- but you gotta talk to your partner before it’s done- which is never ever ever the case in this situation.
The reason for dubcon is almost always to speed up the love process. Either to go up an intimacy level(they go from friends to lovers) or to have the girl boost her SelfWorth(she realizes she doesn’t want it and runs away to revaluate their love). It’s never “because it’s our thing”.
I could show you so many examples in Het stories, GL, AND BL.
I used to be able to read it and ignore it but now it really turns me off to the entire story.
Man, I even keep seeing this “even sleep won’t keep his hands off me” and I don’t even want to read it because right off the bat that sounds like a noncon. I can be wrong and maybe they talk about it in the story and he’s like “I like getting off on sleeping girls” and she’s like “omg I like guys doing me in my sleep” and they both agree it’s ok to fuck while she’s sleeping— but I highly doubt it.

I sweaaaar, the best part of romance is when the characters start getting feelings for each other. Don’t bypass that with dubcon sexual harassment. Nothing is more relatable than a FL who is thirsting over the ML. I’m done with maidens who flinch when their crush makes a move.
