You know it's difficult when people only see you with your physical looks. Judging you by its cover without flipping what's inside to read. You might say Suk-yun is lacking with 'communication' and would have been better if he was open with his lover, but in the first place he's already have this self-insecurity within himself, and knowing that his lover likes him because he's 'Perfect' is just adding more anxiety to him. He's afraid to disappoint people around him, with his step-father and with his lover. It was already installed to his mind that he needs to 'Please' certain people close to him. So instead of showing off what he really is he instead pit back on the mask and forget what he truly is as an individual. Really.. there's lots of people like this. If they disappoint people around them and not meeting their expectations, it means disappointing themselves as well.
I like this type of plot though. Just hits right where it feels. Fck.
In some yaoi(all genre), there would always be that one 'Subaru' type of friend. *Heart clenches*
I actually screamed "WHAAAAAAAATTTTTT" when i read the 'end' lol, it's too short! I would love if the relationship progress with deeper feelings and with deeper understanding of each others personality or past sht that made them 'like that' because they are obviously fuckd up individuals. I really love the whole thing that's why i'm re-reading it, tho still hoping for this manga to be continued by the artists cause it's beautifully drawn aside from its interesting plot, just look at the arts details. This is actually funny compared to "Feng Yu jiu tian" which is actually where this story is based- though can't choose which is better because both have different vibes and is actually interesting. I'd like to read the raw but wouldn't have a good laugh since the MC kinda talks and thinks hilariously lmao

What a satisfying but overwhelming story, would be nice if the story goes with the ending of iemitsu and samon to be reunited in after-life, that somehow the hatred and grief, even the loneliness from iemitsu was a crying kid was eases by Samon's presence.. how saddening. Though. It's interesting how the story tell tidbits of that era too. If only samon was born to a clan that is suitable for the Lord's harem.
Anyways, looks like the author just want to end it like this.. letting the readers put their imagination of how they want it to be. But... it won't hurt getting sequel right~
