They can still. Anybody can get pregnant in omegaverse (atleast that's what I think) there are both alpha couples and Omega couples, too and it's not a issue.
The alpha just has a lot of testosterone (male or female) the CAN get pregnant but it's very low possibility. They dominate society AND dominate the bed because they can easily impegrate than betas and omegas. Omegas however goes into heat and naturally can get pregnant easily. It's not impossible for them to impegrate but like alphas (reverse) they have a very low chance to get someone pregnant.
