Hmm so what Ezekiel last chaps is not unnecessary. Yeah it's a bit hurtful to say those to a child but he wants to be honest. Better to clear up the situation. And tbh i dont think Jeanette likes Ezekiel romantically. She just like the idea of Ezekiel's being her prince. She's always thinking it's some sort of fairytale. I dont hate Jeannette but at the same time I pity Ezekiel too!
that and her uncle DID seems to want to push them together (for his plans) shes not misreading anything
it's also his second way in showing that he won't be going along with his dad. he showed it first when athanasia was accused of black magic by claude during his birthday. he also promised athy that he'd do anything to help her (before lucas interrupted). making it clear with jeanette that any delusions she may have will not be fulfilled is so meaningful cause in the og novel ijekiel did nothing to stop the events from occuring. now the boy's fighting back and im so excited to see his character development even moreeee

well its just a fact shes feeling lonely right now, so its fine.
it just shows that Soowon is not like his family in his mother's side. They (his family in his mother's side) thought that they need to preserve their blood or something coz they thought that the Crimson Blood King might arise again in their children (just like how the 4 Dragons are born into their clans), they didn't expect that someone who is not related to them would be the reincarnation of the Crimsong King. Soowon is ready to end his clans, coz really, the Crimson King only given to his descendants are his illness, not the power of the King so there's no point in continuing the blood.
Soowon also knows that not all royals descendants deserve to be the ruler of the kingdom, King Il and Yuhon despite being children of the late king are not fit to be the king hence why he said he doesn't need his successor to be his child when he has already someone in his mind. Though I want it to be either Hak or Yona.

I really love this story a lot! I also love the princess and I kinda felt sad for her too but at least she's not cruel to Hosik. Their child is also cute and I think the baby is attached to Hosik too...
Yeah, a character like the princess is new to me, like... She was in love will the young master hahaha but she didnt treat Hosik bad or anything(≧∀≦) i really grateful for that♡
