In the next chapters Yahwi is gonna get worse but I can foreshadow a redemption arc coming around the 40th chapter. It would be really refreshing for the storyline to change for once and I have a bit of hope in the author considering we've only seen one body of work from her but as you said, this is a work that heavily relies on tropes so I doubt it
