Idk if anyone of you experienced it, but a manhwa in my reading list got updated this morning, but it was not in the notification later that day. I doubled checked it and indeed it has an update, it is still in my reading list, but did not appear in my notification. I somehow already experience it few weeks now that I haven't read a 1 or 2 previous chapters during an update but I just brush it off saying I may have missed them while browsing my notification.
I think I saw someone said that the uploader can 'decided to not give a notification' to a chapter that they uploaded

Help guys. Im looking for a manhwa where there was a kingdom and there was some sort of prophecy about a girl (or they are looking for a daughter or something). So what happened was all families who have a baby daughter, they sort of placed them in a basket then let it run on the river. The fastest baby who will reach the end will be adopted to the palace. I already forgot the specifics but i know that there was a dragon above that river and all the babie cried except for the MC which raised her favorability.
