I think it has something to do with nayul's past rumor you know the one about her sleeping with the teacher so she implied since the other girl is confessing to seyeon with that kind of reputation she is suddenly depicted as a "bad character" and knowing both of them this will hinder their future progress because she will think she isnt good enough for seyeon because of her rumors and that what this ginger girl is trying to achieve she's trying to separate them again like last time although her reasons still remain unkown one of my theory is she is jealous of nayul i think she may be the one to start the bullying about her eyes because in one of the flashbacks another girl said that the freckled guy is going to far and that nayul didn't do anything while she tried to change the subject and avoid the conversation.
