I just remembered something. When Yuuji was in Sukana's domain, Sukana made a condition about borrowing Yuuji's body for a minute and not killing or injuring anyone within that minute. He broke the condition, didn't he?
Well, it was an outside force creating the takeover by making yuuji eat those 10 fingers, so it didn't come under the agreement they had as Sukuna didn't do it himself. Thus the deal not holding any power over Sukunas actions.
It's just my assumption, but do you remember the other condition that Yuji had to accept at that time? Yuji had to forget EVERYTHING about the "agreement" once he woke up. Considering how the agreement pact works (in which each party has to be willing and accepting each other's condition), then..if Yuji doesn't remember anything about the agreement, that agreement alone might as well be non-existent. It's just like how Sukuna has to have the will to come out in order to possess Yuji's body but at the same time Yuji also has to have the will to let Sukuna out and possess his body. If only one of them has the will that fulfill the pact agreement, then the agreement would not be valid. In short, Sukuna is a God damn genius to make sure Yuji would forget everything about the pact. As to why Sukuna would even bother making such pact agreement in the first place, he most likely will make Yuji remember about the pact agreement eventually and make use of it at the desired moment, which we still have no clue when. So let's just, pray for Yuji :")
Idk for sure but some people told me that the author had mental health problems and couldn’t continue so ended the story, idk for sure tho. But if so I wish the author luck

well idk, he killed people sure but not while borrowing yuuji's body, he did it when he got the fingers and yuuji lost control
well we know sukuna. the guy's always looking for loopholes. and when yuuji couldn't appear he took advantage of that and destroyed everything
