I love the plot and storyline of this. Depending on which version you see, it's so cute and amazing. The manga, the anime(same name), the novel (aka Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation), and the drama/live action (The Untamed) never let me down. All the other versions give me what the drama couldn't, which is the BL scenes.
It's called "Your Throne" on Webtoon and it's officially licensed now. The text seems rather large for the bubbles so I prefer the fan translations but they're going to drop it to avoid legal issues. Please consider supporting the creator on Webtoon!

Idk if May really has stockholm syndrome because he was kinda messed up when they were younger too. He got jealous of Jooin treating the cat with love and affection so he set the cat free and it died. Afterwards, he volunteered to become the cat's replacement and even put the leash on his own neck. Soooo...in conclusion, they're both messed up in the head and deserve one another. Honestly, it's really sad that May goes after abusive men to sleep with and date because as a survivor of abuse, he believes that's the type of 'love' he deserves since he doesn't know anything else. Therefore, I'd rather May and Jooin be together happily since 1)Youngjin is a good guy who deserves someone that fits him, 2) May prob would have continued to couch surf and sleep around, and 3) Jooin would have never found anyone else to obsess over besides May.
They need to add the tragedy tag to this because BABY, I WAS IN MY FEELINGS THE WHOLE DAMN TIME. The whole thing was sad, like Mafuyu really can't catch a break. Hiiragi seems like such a selfish, inconsiderate POS. Ugh
