This happens so often, don't be fooled to think this only happened in apocalyptic novels but also I reality. R4p3 has existed since the beginning of time according to the religious book and cultures where women were always suppressed and men were always superior. It's am unfortunate realisation but atleast it's more called out and not as normalised.
