Idk about that, 15 is a teenager and also basically considered an adult in many places, especially in the time period in the story. MC is not even a teenager rn, she's a kid. Also, i personally don't prefer younger partners so its just a personal bias. Its more like a personal opinion, it has nothing to do with the story. But if you guys don't agree then its fine, to each their own ╮(￣▽￣)╭

You need to realize that she IS a child, not a 20 year old lady. She’s a child with a mentality of her past life, making her more knowledgeable.

I myself hate weak, annoying, cry baby, discouraged fl but she is no where near that. She acts perfectly normal and she is strong will even kick the guy’s balls during the kidnapping scene. She’s not stupid. She’s nice, considerate and care for everything. I think it’s just you who is being hard on her.

I dont think she is a bad FL she isnt anywhere near a "strong female lead" but she isnt a weak one either..... she fits the "normal human being" archetype very well especially with the people she grew up around and her situation. Not many people can stand up like she did when they are attack like that. And it wasnt the first but twice she has been kidnapped and she didnt just do nothing and wait to be saved. She headbutted a man with a gun to do you know how ballsy you have to be to do that. And because she did try and safe herself it was the very thing lead her to being safed. She blushes when she is nervous, she gets happy when she gets along with her classmates and she is trying her very best to be happy without putting other people at harm's way to be happy. I'm very happy with her character and I dont see how she is annoying. She is in love with the man that almost practically raised that is known to be a womanizer WHO wouldn't be scared to confess. But she is in love and she knows that so she gets shy. She is a shy person but by no means is she a annoying weak crybaby female lead. (⌒▽⌒)

Considering how she handled the situation, yeah she is. Letting her rapist off like that because she wants to finish the play, how is that not stupid? The guy literally tried to gang rape her infornt of her crush because he was 'bored'. What if he pulls the same shit on some other girl in future? She is lucky cause she has the ML as her guard and her grandpa is a yakuza, but what if the other victim was an average ordinary girl?

Maybe in your eyes letting a piece of shit guy go off without any consequences means being kind but I personally don't share the same opinion. I am sick of mangas downplaying rape and letting the rapists off without any consequences or punishment. I know its fiction but that should make it all the more easier to punish the culprit. To me she's stupid af for letting the guy off and i feel like she could do with some character development but i know not everyone will share the same opinion. If you like her then its good, we are allowed to have different opinions.

Yeah I agree opinions are great and I do see where you're coming from but you know if he comes back he'll be dead for sure and because of this incident they would be more eyes on him..... but yo8 cant stop him because he is yukuza they arent good people. Well okay, here the thing though, fl is a yakuza too. She has the power to stop him unlike ordinary citizens. Maybe she might not be able to kill the guy but she can atleast do enough shit to teach him a lesson that he will remember, after all she has a valid reason for that. She wasn't just teased or groped (which the asshole mikio already did and the fl should have done something about that too), she was literally almost gangraped, in front of the guy she liked no less. And all for what, because Mikio was bored? What's the guarantee that he won't be bored again in future and pull the same shit? But let's not talk about that for now.

Like i said, her reason for not punishing him is stoopid af. As the granddaughter of a yakuza and as a women, she should atleast be capable at times like these to act stern. There are times when you show kindness but there are also times when you have to be strict and stern. This situation didn't require her kindness. She not only let those guys look down on herself but also her grandfather. The guy knew well enough that she is the only granddaughter of a yakuza but still dared to pull something like that. How is that not a disrespect towards her grandfather? She should've acted strong and made sure that he got punished for his actions and for looking down on her.

Yes i know shady people will do shady things and we can't stop them, especially when we don't have the power to. But that doesn't mean that we have to let them do however they wish, cause if that were the case the world would crash and burn. There are times when you speak up and use whatever little power you have just to stop these shady people from doing shady things to others in future. And let's be honest, fl has more than enough power and a valid reason to stop and punish him. Imagine if she was actually raped, how bad would the consequences be? Her grandfather would obviously go on a war against the guy's turf. Lots of people would be killed and lots of damage would be done. All for what? Because the guy was bored? How do you not teach someone so privileged and spoiled like that a lesson. Letting him off will only make him worse in future.

Also saying that everyone would keep more eyes on the guy, as if they weren't already. He was on surveillance 24/7 and was already being looked at by everyone but he still managed to do those things. I am mad at authors always downplaying rapes and letting rapists off everytime. They could've used this opportunity to show that the fl is not some kid who's only focused on love and fun. But i guess i expected too much from her, she is after all only a high school kid and has lived a sheltered lofe under protection. I guess i read too many of those strong fl type stories lol. I give props to her though for saving herself from the rapist but i wish she had acted strong afterwards too, not just for her sake but also for other women. Thankfully this is fiction and just a story cause there is no way in hell a guy like that would stop after pulling something like that one time.

Tl:dr: fl is stooopid for letting the rapist off, she should've been more stern. Personally i wish she would have some character development but if others like her then good for them. Different people, different opinions.

Well, if you want to look at it realistically, you should also consider the fact that FL is aware of her Yakuza family and power and she's also aware that she can use that power as well. But she didn't because the douch is a Yakuza's grandson who is her granpa's BFF and if she were to discipline him using her Yakuza authority then there some grudges might spring up between the two groups, affecting her grandfather as well. Instead, she let her crush deal with it. If she wanted to, she could have scolded her crush for calling the glasses guy but she knew ot was the best thing to do because this way the douche will get disciplined for sure and the whole matter won't affect the entire groups as well..

Lockmann is part of the royal family. His father (the Duke) is the King's younger brother, hence he is cousin with the prince. You can think of it as he is the 3rd to the throne. And there is a law that royal family cannot marry outside of aristocracy. The aristocracy had kept to the strict tradition that royalty and commoner pairing cannot happen at all cost because bloodline purity is a must. (This is a different issue with the prime minister who enacted a lot of laws to benefit commoner women bec he fell in love with a commoner. The prime minister ain't royalty so he got some slack.)

So the fact that he bullied Nunnally was his way of trying to make her stay away. Because he can't stay away from her during their academy days. Yeah, I know he was a bastard. Not that I'm justifying but he's a kid who likes a girl, more so, a girl he can't be with. That frustrating feeling has to go somewhere, right? And a kid's got no tack at all, despite his noble upbringing and genius deposition. In the end, it's one word, adolescence. Later on, he did mature. He is kinda borderline mean and gentle to Nunnally

It was a time where (another) princess was rumored to be engaged with him, suddenly visited him. The princess confronted him, she knew he liked someone but can't have her. And Lockmann was really thinking that there are ways to make what he feels easier. There are many who will offer so that he can forget about his feelings for Nannuly. If he just want to find happiness, he can have her (Nunnally) but he doesn't want to destroy her. He mused that if not for her character, which is outspoken and rigid nature he would have taken (been with/clinging with Nunnally) but he knew it was useless. He was suffocating with his feelings by that point. But he rejects the princess in the end. Because he can only look at one woman despite the fact that they can't be together.
