Saw the raws and uke folded like a lawn chair and offered himself up to the seme in less than 7 chapters. Worse part is seme disrespected him, grabbed his collar and threw a temper tantrum in his shop and never once apologised. I was expecting a uke with a strong personality but this was another disappointing story. Dropped.

The uke seems dumb af. He meets the kid in the forest who he knows was the reason he met the emperor in his last life. The reasonable thing to do would’ve been to go back and call for help. He didn’t even need to face the kid himself. Just get an adult to help the child.
But nope, he does the exact same thing as he did in his last life. I can already see how this story will unfold. And after reading the first chapter about how the ML tortured him, yeah i am gonna have to pass. No sob story, sad background or any other reason will justify ML’s cruelty. Dropping this.
Kinda hate what Subin did but also relate to him so much lol. I was in an on/off relationship with my ex for almost 10 yrs (i know i know, dumb af) and it started because i got addicted to the high of him chasing me after our breakup. It made our relationship so toxic. Definitely don’t recommended anyone doing it.
Completely unrelated but why does the ML keep letting people get away with harassing the MC. First it was the man at the guild meeting or whatever, then his teammate (which i kind of understand but he still could’ve done more to stop fiat or whatever his name was) and then the two espers from the darkness guild who loterally tried to r@pe the mc.
It would be one thing if the ML was weak or didn’t have an option but to do nothing but ML is so fucking strong. He doesn’t need to fight infront of the MC but man, how could he just let those espers that almost assaulted the mc go so easily? It leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

The uke is openly gay while the seme is a closeted gay so while their relationship is fine and dandy now, it will get exhuasting and tiring pretty soon. Dating a closeted gay person can cause a lot of heartache and misery. Since the seme is afraid of people's negative opinions, the uke will have to bear with a lot of heartache, broken promises, jealousy, pain and suffering. He will probably take majority of the burn in this relationship. Very soon he will end up feeling suffocated and miserable and their relationship will turn toxic.
Unless the seme comes out (which i doubt he will) i don't see them lasting long.

Hey, its just my personal opinion. You can interpret the story/ending however you want.
I for one am glad that we got to see a realistic ending. Normally in other bls, Masaki would have reciprocated Yuji's love or have 'suddenly caught feelings for Yuji after seeing him in a dress', but thankfully this story didn't go the usual cliche route. In real life, people's feelings doesn't just change with the snap of a finger.
Straight people will never, and i mean never fall in love with the same gender, just like how gay people will never fall in love with the opposite gender. If they do they're bi or pansexual but not straight. And honestly there's nothing wrong with that. Straight, gay, bi, trans or pan....love is love and it shouldn't be limited to things like gender, race or sexuality.

Same though, although i love how they have a happy ending in other bl mangas/manhuas/manhwas, Ik that that will never happen, and I honestly love mangas that have realistic ending cause It feels more real.
They do have bittersweet endings though
