So since spinel's have sorta dark eyes and it's rare to have a unique feature they all technically look the same if they have the same body type. Like with Noah and garnet! But the key difference is hair and face! Garnet has no beauty mark and bangs that cover his right eye while Noah has a beauty mark under his left eye and hair that parts in the middle, sorta wavy and neck length ig :) no bangs!
