genuinely love this series. The whirlwind of emotions this gave me we so intense, but not in the "this is so touching/sad" way, but in a relatable mood. I have never felt such anger towards a character as much as I feel for Ian, which shows the authors doing their job right. All in all, Melissa is such a great character that is easy to find yourself loving (or wanting to be stepped on by, according to the comments). I recommend this story to almost anyone. Nine is also baby.
Ngl, I don't want her to end up with the Duke. I just feel like it would add a lot more to the story if the Duke learns to deal with unrequited love fore the first time, the protag learns not to baby Ain so much, and Ain grows up to be both cute and manipulative. Kinda tired of the manga where a child fixes a relationship where both parties would have a better life single. I'd love to hear other options about this
i dont really think Ain is gonna be fixing anything seeing as how antagonistic he is towards the duke. as for MC ending up with the duke, if he changes into a better person because of her, which currently seems likely, then i'm fine with them falling for eachother. do i think its necessary for the story? no. i dont really care either way, but i do hope she starts realizing these two's true personalities.

I painted my nails first then left them in water, but I was also using basic Walmart nail polish, so that should be taken into account too.
