Maybe try submitting a report asking the admins to take it down? No idea if they will or not but it’s worth a shot. I think all individual users can do is just stop updating it, I haven’t seen a way that we can delete chapters once they’re up (even if you’re the one who uploaded it).

No idea if this is what you're actually supposed to do but what I'd do is go to any manga, press the white flag on the left side of the screen, and explain the situation under "other problems (please specify)". Make sure to give the name of the manga and I'd probably include links to the authors comments too. Also I wouldn't really suggest mass reporting? I feel like all that's going to do is annoy the admins I don't think it's going to make them more likely to take it down.
