problematic relationships in stories have always my cup of tea (despite me dearly loving cute couples), the struggle is always something that keeps me at the edge of my seat and i love being able to watch each character develop (in both good and bad ways).. that being said, i usually prefer one relationship over the other in stories like this one
but man alwfbk this got me all types of fucked -- originally i was set on giving both joowon and taku an fair playing field to see who could win my favor, and let me tell you that my emotions are all over the place (￣∇￣")
for many of the same reason that people like taku better, i also like him (that and i must stan curly hair) -- he seems to treat haesoo better than joowon to an extent and haesoo obviously doesn't feel the same pressure he does when he's with joowon
BUUUTTT, as much as i like taku, he just doesn't seem to knock joowon out of the table for me -- despite clearly having a very complicated issue with haesoo, we'e been shown that joowon really did/does feel something strongly for haesoo and his obsession with him is more than just something he selfishly wishes to keep going
even if it all started out as a little game, joowon ended up caring about haesoo a lot and only seemed to push him away out of some sort of fear in losing him/hurting him, or simply things not working out -- this led them to their current-ish relationship where they'd have their own thing going on but they both still fell back to each other alskdlkg idk about you, but that shit gets to my poor little heart and absolutely shatters it
so i just don't know anymore
i don't know who i'm rooting for, i don't know who i like better anymore -- heck, idek know if i want these two fuckers to fight it out over haesoo or just disappear
(well, actually, i love them so i'd like them to stay LMAO)
