this story is truly a mess, the translation is terrible and the plot is awfully executed and its hard to follow and understand whats going on, i tried to bare with it simply to see the romance development but even that was trash
bruh this story was short and sweet i absolutely loved the plot and the strong willedness of the fl, i love when romance stories have actual plot to them and a written in a good way, the pacing wasn’t too bad and the characters were written well, i will say though that they could have expounded on a few things like develop the romance between lady hall brother and the girl that was helping the grad duke and maybe show then getting married
i also really like the ml archetype, he wasnt a cold blooded duke or some warmongerer of the over friendly annoying type, he was just a regular grand duke of the north
they speak so eloquently, the translation is really well down and the words and speech manner used is befitting of the time frame the manhwas is set in, you don’t normally see such vast vocabulary in historical manhwas that actually capture how they talk, gives it a more realistic ring to it
I know! I was so impressed with the vocabulary and the mannerisms of their speech. Truly an amazing translation.
the concept of this is good but its executed so poorly, both the ml and fl seem like pushover because they really are just letting the sister have her way, besides the plot flow, their romance is really sweet, i lie the clingyness of the duke
i’m glad i gave it a 3rd chance and was finally able to look pass his trashyness I believe he redeemed him self enough for chloe, he loved her from the beginning but its a pity that his twisted obsession hindered him from expressing it, the story played out wonderfully in the end
OHHHHH MYYYY GOSSHHH that was so beautiful, i did not see that plot twist coming but like seriously they had such good chemistry since the very beginning and I absolutely adored the development of their romance, i loved how the author made it so that every single character had a happy ending but seriously this is on my list of top 5 best romance manhwa cz what the heck i was cheesing the whole time
she is so closed off to the point its annoying , they have such good chemistry yet she lacks the ability to communicate her feelings and thoughts, she needs to deal with her past self n fully get accustomed to her new life
i’m still not clear on one thing, in her pass life when she had that scandal before her debaunte, did she actually slept in bed with two men or was she set up by someone
