Okay we are near the ending, so i need a little clearly. So the story said someone mess with the lab, and it point to ml. So any spoiler or novel ppl know about it, or know if that is true since mc doesn't believe that ml did it, so I'm not sure. Or is there someone behind it. And if ml did do it, then why did he do it? Okay, this sound so dumb. So basically from the summary and novel spoiler comment I read. Dumb uke kill the empress just because she found out about his feelings and confessed his crime by over exaggerate. So basically he bring himself into self destruction, torture and abuse. Not gonna feel bad for him lol. Also, if the emperor and empress are in love, then I understand why ml torture him when uke said what he did and cut her chest open. This vibes is similar to that toxic story where uke accidentally cause ml love to died by rape and miscarriage. I forgot the name. Just saying.

Thats not the ending of the novel but his first life. He ends up being reborn and has a happy ending with the top of the second timeline. During that he has fragments of his first life where the top of the first life is extremely lonely and some of his kids have beef with him cause they know their dad is lying about who their bio mum.
Then the top from the first timeline also is reborn and meets the bottom again (who isn't bottom from first life) but this one is less happy since the top is so disturbed from his first life.

Dude what u talking about this is obviously an omegaverse setting, and the ML has feelings for MC and the empress is just for political purposes, we can clearly see the ML gets pissed when MC says he has feelings for the empress because ML knows he's lying, this is clearly ur typical messed up ML who wants the MC to be broken and keep them by their side, the MC is a beta and the empress is just kept like some decorative item so the court ministers won't tell the ML to get an empress he clearly choose a powerless empress so later on it won't become troublesome

Although, I feel like the author kind of gloss over sth a little bit about ml and fl. Like at first ml seem like he have a strong reject on liking fl, but have a change of feelings after seeing her true form. And then he pick up the wrong chicken . That sting, and fl forgiving easily and alway the the one to approach first or apology. Idk, maybe I'm just reading to much into it.
Overall, I like it how it is funny and it feel like a fairy tale.

Gotta be honest, the bully guy (yellow hair) look more handsome then ml. Of course, just saying about his look. Bullying is a no! (￣▽￣) Ml look okay, more on the pretty guy side. Mc is cute, but I look his first hair better.
I like that the art improve and stuff, but I also wish they focus on the background art too. In comparison, I like the old art better for the background because it is more details than the new one. The new one, I kind of notice that it is alway blurry, and not that details which I find it hard to look at altogether with the characters in story plot.
Edit - Also, i don't mind waiting longer if the artist have to take their time with the background together with the story. (=・ω・=)

No, if you look closely on the remake art background, there a lot of unnecessary blurry part. Like ch. 20 or ch.4, the background art is not clear but more blurry such as the grass, sky, etc. In ch.4 the curtain seem blurry too and the building. Also, the school building is "i don't know how to said this, but kind of like doesn't make sense." Like in ch.14, the part when he was in Lidusis room, he was by the windows, and then all of a sudden he is in the roof and look like he was gonna heading to class or sth idk. But if you think otherwise, then okay. (●'◡'●)ﾉ
It is kind blurry but I do think the shading and the overall feel is better
And also the old artystles background is also blurry when they have closeup shots as well
