Lol not the 'foreigners kissing to exhange greetings' showing up in a British character! Not the author choosing the stiffs! But even beyond that, not the author thinking that anyone (British or otherwise) would kiss their coworkers (especially in the office & during their first week) on the cheeks as a greeting! That's so awkward!
