Some of y'all dumbasses really think miscommunication is at the root of every conflict and talking can somehow resolve actual character grievances and you look stupid for it. Not everything can be fixed or even improved by 'talking' about it and pretending that a character not 'talking' (what does that even mean? They've talked plenty and it's always been horrible for the MC) to someone they have a bad relationship is a sign of bad writing or a character flaws. Naw, it's cuz you stupid. Elder bro would confess all his yandere tendencies and his 10 year old younger bro would be like wtf, dude? And get his eye clawed out.
